Please note: We provide support in German and English.
When purchasing a PointCab license, a support and maintenance contract is mandatory for the first year.
This service offers help with the setup of the software via TeamViewer (15 min.), as well as up to 4 x 45 minutes live support
for your PointCab product. If unforeseen problems occur, you can resolve them quickly and directly with our support specialists
- by phone, email or online session. The software is continuously maintained and enhanced.
All software updates, newly developed tools, bug fixes and improved features are automatically implemented during the contractual period. Here is an overview of updates already implemented and planned: http://www.pointcab-software.com/en/support/changelog/
The PointCab support and maintenance package is valid for 12 months and is automatically renewed if it is not cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the contractual period.
