    It is mandatory to purchase a support and maintenance contract for the first year when acquiring a PointCab license.

    This service provides 4 hours of live support for your PointCab product. If unpredictable problems arise, you can solve them quickly and directly with our support specialists - by phone, by email or via an online web session.

    The software is maintained and developed continuously. All software updates, newly developed tools, bug fix and improved features are automatically implemented during the contractual period.

    The PointCab support and maintenance agreement is valid for 12 months and will be automatically renewed if not terminated 30 days before the contractual period ends.
