Maintenance and Support Package

To ensure that you always receive the latest updates and the best customer support, we have combined both services in our Maintenance and Support Package. This way, we ensure that you always receive the latest software version and all functionalities are up to date. The Maintenance and Support Package is mandatory for the first year when you purchase our software. It is automatically renewed for 12 months if not cancelled at least one month before the expiration date.
The Maintenance and Support Package costs 600€ per year. Except for Origins (without Pro modules/plugins) 400€. If an additional product is purchased in addition to Origins, the price increases to 600€ starting with the next maintenance and support period.

  • Software training for beginners
  • Support via Screenshare
  • Automatic update checks for your software
  • Updates available online at any time
  • Technical support level 1-3
  • Assistance when switching to new PC hardware (laptop, workstation or tablet devices)
  • Support with the connection to your CAD system
  • Updates according to technical specifications
  • Implementation of new functions and tools
  • Adaptation and support for new or changed point cloud formats (SDK changes of hardware manufacturers)
  • Adaptations and improvements of the GUI (Graphical User Interface)
  • If necessary, implementation of customer requests
  • Software bug reporting system as well as hotfix delivery
  • 5% discount on accessories from our partner company Laserscanning Europe GmbH
  • 10% discount on all other software modules while under maintenance
  • Priority service: all requests and services from holders of a Maintenance and Support Package are processed with priority
